TOMADIKA is both an acronym and a term rich in philosophical meaning, derived from the local wisdom of Maluku. The word “Toma” in the Maluku language means spirit and struggle. Toma is also interpreted as a powerful call that awakens courage to take the first step, face challenges, and continue moving forward in every aspect of life, including in the field of education.
Meanwhile, “Dika” is interpreted as a representation of education and dynamic, adaptive learning innovation. Dika symbolizes the development of knowledge, creativity, and transformation in educational practices that are relevant to the needs of the times. Therefore, TOMADIKA reflects the spirit of perseverance in developing innovative, progressive, and future-oriented basic education.
This journal is established as a scientific publication platform for academics, researchers, and education practitioners, aiming to develop and disseminate research findings and innovations in the field of basic education. TOMADIKA publishes original articles that have not been previously published and are not under consideration by any other journal.
