Archiving Policy

Kastrasi: Jurnal Sains Perkopian is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published content. To guarantee permanent availability and prevent data loss, the journal implements a robust digital archiving strategy in accordance with international scholarly publishing standards.

The journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which automatically archives all published articles in secure, distributed preservation systems. This ensures that the journal’s content remains accessible even in the event that the journal website becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable.

In addition, Kastrasi: Jurnal Sains Perkopian supports archiving through recognized digital preservation services such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS), where applicable, to further enhance content redundancy and preservation reliability.

Authors are also permitted to self-archive the published version of their articles (final PDF) in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other non-commercial platforms, provided that proper citation to the original publication in Kastrasi: Jurnal Sains Perkopian is included.
