For Authors

Kastrasi: Jurnal Sains Perkopian welcomes submissions of original research articles, review papers, and conceptual or policy-oriented manuscripts that address all aspects of coffee science and the coffee value chain, from upstream production to downstream processing, business, and policy perspectives.

Authors are encouraged to:

• Follow ethical standards in research and publication, including proper citation, authorship transparency, and disclosure of conflicts of interest.

• Submit manuscripts through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS) and actively respond to reviewer and editor comments during the peer review process.

• Promote published articles to increase visibility, citation, and academic impact.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, and relevance. Articles published in Kastrasi: Jurnal Sains Perkopian are openly accessible and licensed under a Creative Commons license, allowing broad dissemination of research findings.
