Publication Frequency

Kastrasi: Jurnal Sains Perkopian is published biannually (two issues per year) to ensure consistency, editorial quality, and a rigorous peer review process.

The journal publishes issues according to the following schedule:

• Issue 1: November – April

• Issue 2: May – October

All articles are published in online open-access format and are made available immediately upon release of each issue.

This publication schedule supports timely dissemination of high-quality research in coffee science and the coffee value chain while maintaining international publishing standards.
